Circular Dome Structure

The Town of Fort Frances is very pleased with the selection of a circular shaped (14-sided) structure (85 foot diameter by 37 foot high peak) for the purpose of storing 6,500 to 8,000 tonnes of salted winter control sand. Higher structural stability, shaping of structure, better side wall clearance and the small footprint required, were all selling features of this structure.
